Tomorrow’s dress up day for IAR testing is:

Track throwers will practice until 3:30 only today. We will meet outside the JH lockers as normal and walk over to the track with Coach Turner by 2:45. Throwers in jumping or relay events will practice those after 3:30. Athletes that throw only will need a ride at 3:30.
