Good morning Shells! Today is Friday, March 8th, 2024.

March is National Women's History Month in which we honor the extraordinary achievements of women in history, culture and society. Stay tuned as history club will celebrate extraordinary women throughout the month.


NHS members. Krispy Kreme orders have been delivered and are available in Mrs. Gibson’s classroom. If you have not already done so, make sure you pick up your order.


Today is the last day of National School Breakfast Week. Even though national school breakfast week will be over, keep in mind that breakfast will help improve mood and also improve concentration, alertness, comprehension, memory and learning which help you to succeed in the classroom.


SIUE is holding a Cybersecurity Career Day on March 22nd. This event is a fantastic opportunity for high school students to delve into the world of cybersecurity through engaging hands-on activities. Attendees will have the chance to connect with local professionals and representatives from colleges, gaining valuable insights into the diverse career opportunities available in the cybersecurity field. Any junior or senior interested, please see Mrs. Palen for more information.


March Mammal Madness is Back! If you are interested in participating in March Mammal Madness but are not in Mr. Scamihorn’s or Mrs. Fleming’s classes, grab a packet off of the chair outside of Mr. Scamihorn’s room. Brackets must be returned to him by the end of the school day on March 11th.


Congratulations to senior Logan Bourbon who entered a photograph in The National Great Rivers Research & Education Center's World Water Day Photo Contest and was a HS division winner.
